I Am Here

My Child,
I see your downcast heart and your wounded soul. I know what you are thinking. "Why is this taking so long? When will the answer come? How am I supposed to be okay?" I can hear your thoughts, and they are eating you alive. It's easier not to care; to stay busy or numb the pain with mindless activity. I see it all, and I love you. I want to be with you.
Bring your thoughts and pain to me. Let Me comfort you. Let Me give you My thoughts. Let Me show you My heart. It will mean stopping what you are doing for a few moments and being with Me. Or paying attention to what's around you. I am everywhere. You can see Me in the sunshine or the rain. I am present when the trees are budding, and when the flowers are in full bloom. I am in the smile another gives you or a text from a friend. I will give you strength to keep going; I will speak truth to you, and tell you how I feel about you. I will let you know what I want to do for you. We can do this every day. I always want to be with you.
I am here in this moment watching, listening, speaking, waiting. Let Me soothe your soul and give you new thoughts to think. I am your shelter in the storm you are going through. I am your helper. I alone can give you the rest you are looking for, and the peace that passes understanding. It's Me who will calm your fears and restore your joy.
