You Want Victory

Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of our faith...
Hebrews 12:2
Don't look back! You have not been put to shame, and it's time to move forward in the present where I am. I have enough grace for you today. Take the word I gave you and use it. You want victory; you are willing and able.
When the devil tells you it's too hard or tries to convince you that you have the right to feel the way you do and your thoughts are justified, tell him he is a liar and a thief. He is looking to devour you, but I have given you provision to flee. My blood is covering you, and you are wearing the robe of righteousness. You have the belt of truth buckled around your waist. The darts are coming furiously, but you have the breastplate of righteousness protecting your heart, and the helmet of salvation safeguarding your mind. You have put on the shoes of the gospel of peace, and you are ready to shine My light in the darkness. The shield of faith is in your hand, and you are choosing My truth over the devil's lies. You have the sword of the Spirit at your fingertips; His word in your mind and written on your heart.
I love you! You are My beautiful bride and friend. I am going with you today. Whenever the pain threatens to overwhelm you, you can go to our secret place in your imagination, and I will be there. You can give me the pain, and I will provide you with what you need in the moment.
Don't give in! I have made you to be a warrior who fights and doesn't surrender to the enemy.
It is My goodness that caused Me to die and shed My blood for you. I conquered the devil. He has no choice but to submit to the authority you have in Me. He knows he has lost, but if the enemy can convince you that he hasn't, you will listen to his lies. Don't say you know all these things already and then not live in victory. Or recognize the attacks when they come. And they will come. I will keep reminding you of who you are in Christ because it is of utmost importance and you tend to forget easily.
Don't focus on the lies or the negative thoughts. Rather focus on Me, the author and perfecter of your faith. It is a glorious thing to look back on your day and know you won the victory; you overcame.
